3. Publisher Obligations

Publishers agree to:

• Generate traffic through legitimate means only.
• Not use bots, scripts, or any automated methods to generate clicks or conversions (Fraud).
• Not place ads on sites containing illegal, adult, or offensive content unless explicitly authorized.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and data privacy.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments to Publishers are made according to the payment terms specified in their insertion order or account settings (e.g., Net-30, Net-15). We reserve the right to withhold payment if we have reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Advertisers must pay for all valid leads/conversions generated by the network.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
